Our services are provided for specific objectives and deliverables as set out in an Engagement Letter and the Terms and Conditions in the Engagement Letter will take precedence.​

Enquiries are welcome and we will discuss your requirements.  Such discussion will be confidential and free of charge but at no stage will it be construed that advice is given in advance of an Engagement Letter setting out the terms of an engagement between you and us. 

 

Our services are billed in accordance with our Engagement Letter.  Our services may be billed at a fixed fee for a service, on a recurring basis for regular services, on a time basis at hourly rates, or on a success fee basis.  In addition, we may earn commissions upon referral to other financial services providers.

Our services are usually dependent on the completeness, accuracy and timeliness of information supplied by you and we will communicate our expectations to you.  We will discuss with you any concerns that arise in the course of our work and we reserve the right to discontinue or vary the terms of an engagement in the event that our services cannot be delivered in a satisfactory manner.

We usually do the work for you before we issue an invoice.  When an invoice is issued our fees are due on demand.  

 

We trust you will be satisfied with our service but if concerns do arise we urge you to raise concerns with us for a resolution that does not prejudice any statutory rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law nor any statutory rights you may have under The Tax Agent Services Act.
